Hi, - Did you have Norton installed on your computer prior to installing Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE), by any chance?- What is/are the anti-spyware/malware program you’re using?- Which version of Internet Explorer are you using? Follow the steps listed below: Step 1: If you have more than one anti-spyware/malware/virus programs installed on the computer, uninstall the same completely from your computer and install only one antivirus program and one anti-spyware program on your computer. Installing multiple security programs is not advisable and it causes more harm than actually protecting your computer. Step 2: Download and install MSE from the link below: Microsoft Security Essentials Microsoft Security Essentials provides real-time protection for your home PC that guards against viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. Hence you need not install any other anti-spyware program on your computer. With respect to the Internet Explorer issue, follow the methods listed in the article mentioned below: You receive an error message in Internet Explorer: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" Let us know if you need any further assistance.Gokul - Microsoft Support [If this post was helpful, please click the "Vote as Helpful" (green triangle) button.
