online backup thru Webroot
Webroot backup could not create a temporary database to use for this user. SOS could not overwrite the previous file. Please delete file: ...webroot security/backup/db/v2...AM.mdb from your system.I get this message and the file it tells me to delete doesn't exist. Similar files exist but I cant delete them because access is denied. This also happens when Webroot is completely shut down. It says to make sure the disc isn't full (it's not) and the file is not currently in use. (Webroot is shut down) Webroot support told me to check permissions, sec edit, correct security policy, gpo settings. How do I go about doing this?

You need better help from Webroot support.
You haven't said what version of Windows is
involved?
If this is Vista or Windows 7, right-click command
prompt and run as administrator--and see whether that makes it possible to
navigate to the indicated location-- and perhaps delete or rename the similar
files--if the named file still does not exist.
You can also use WIndows Explorer and right-click the
folders, and take ownership of the folders and their contained sub-folders and
files, and then do whatever you want with them.
