I have recently installed Windows 8.1, when I login to my office 365 account I am not able to se any of the files present in One Drive. Office 365 support people say that there is no problem with office 365 but its a windows problem.

Can any one help me with this.?

Did you store any file in your OneDrive? In addition, you need to sign in your OneDrive, you could see all file in your OneDrive.

If you refer to sign in your PC with this Microsoft account to browse your OneDrive, remember to  keep your files and settings in sync.

yes There are lot of files in one drive . and also generally I login to my office 365 account online and I am able to see the files in one drive tab there. But only in this particular system I am not able to see.

Hi, I just want to confirm if you are aware that if you are using Office 365 for Business or Enterprise versions (i.e. not home or personal edition) there are two different OneDrive, the Windows 8 OneDrive and the Office 365 OneDrive for Business.

When using a Windows 8.x computer you have to install the OneDrive client just as you would for a Windows 7 computer. There are also two Windows Store OneDrive Apps, the Windows 8.x OneDrive and the Office 365 OneDrive for Business.
