offer remote assistance
When I am helping someone remotely with remote assistance everything is fine however sometimes i need to run as administrator and enter my credentials. This works fine locally but not over remote assistence, the session pauses and my screen turns dark. After
a minute the sesion continues but can't run as administrator. This happens company wide.
Any ideas?

Hi,
The issue can be caused by UAC Secure Desktop feature on the remote computer.

Here is a workaround on Windows Vista. It also applies to Windows 7.
