The context of the npptools.dll error is an important piece of information that will be helpful while solving the problem. Cause of Npptools.dll ErrorsNpptools.dll errors are caused by situations that lead to the removal or corruption of the npptools DLL file. In some cases, npptools.dll errors could indicate a registry problem, a virus or malware issue or even a hardware failure. How to Fix Npptools.dll ErrorsImportant: Do not download npptools.dll from a "DLL download" website. There are many reasons why downloading a DLL file is a bad idea. If the individual npptools.dll file troubleshooting advice above is unsuccessful, performing a startup repair or repair installation should restore all Windows DLL files to their working versions. Perform a clean installation of Windows. A clean install of Windows will erase everything from the hard drive and install a fresh copy of Windows. If none of the steps above correct the npptools.dll error, this should be your next course of action. Important: All the information on your hard drive will be erased during a clean install. Make sure you've made the best attempt possible to fix the npptools.dll error using a troubleshooting step prior to this one. Troubleshoot for a hardware problem if any npptools.dll errors persist. (win 7 32 bit) have down loaded and attemt to run a lowrance product emulator' a message pops up reading (the program cant start because NPPtools.dll is missing from your computer)note this program is running on onother computer runnig win XP

Hi Vivian, Is npptools.dll redistributable with other applications?.. I think it comes with windows only. What should be the approach if we need to have this in Windows7 ?.. Regards Arnab
