we are not receiving mails from a few companies, all of whom appear to be on hosted exchange or are using forefront security. below is the error we get

xxxx.bigfish.com #550 5.4.1 recipentaddress: Recipient address rejected: Access Denied ## 

has anyone had a similar issue?. any help appreciated.
