Hi it is a adsl modem and router in one via sky satalite .I can connect wirelesly to laptop with no problems but can not connect another computer localy via ethernet.i have it connected and signal seems to be going in to computer as network connection on computer says its connected yet recieving zero and shows a padlock.normally i just connect computers from modem to computer via ethernet cable and its straight on to internet but not this time.This is the first time i have tried to connect this computer to internet.it has been connected to a different network would this be the reason?hope you can helpwindows xp pro sp3- ie8
