I am facing the problem of no-start-database-schema-mismatch error in fim 2010,when i run HRMA Management agent(This is the Source database where i get the value) so please help me why this error comes and how to remove this error.

Hello,

The schema of your Oracle table has change. You need to refresh the schema (Right click on HRMA and click on refresh schema. Enter the credential of the HRMA service account

Is there any option to catch it in automatic scripts which run the management agent so that automatically refreash schema without the any interaction
