networking all of a sudden does not work
I have two computers both which were connected through a Netgear router to a cable modem. All of a sudden one will not connect to the network. I've tried everything I know: rebooting the modem, router and PC's multiple times, even changed out the cable connections to the router to the computer which will not work with the router. Interestingly, when I connect the PC that does not work through the router, if I connect it directly to the cable modem it appears to work fine (but, I don't have any access to my printers, scanner, etc). This started all of a sudden and I don't know what to do. My two PC's run Windows 7 Business Professional byt I am very very frustrated. All the troubleshooters do nothing to help. HELP!

You should log on to router management page, verify and recheck the configuration again, especially the wireless and LAN configuration. I highly suspect the router configuration is not correct anymore. If you need help, take a look on this wireless router or wired router configuration example. Hope this helps.
