Hello 1Deborah, You must verify that on your laptop, on Network, if File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks service is installed and checked. For that you must go on Start - Control Panel - Network and Internet Connection - Network Connections . Right click on your connection, and click Properties . Here you must check File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks . If you don't have this service in your list, then you must install (click Install - Service - Microsoft - File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks). Good luck!
