network printer connection
Network settings were changed for printer sharing to go through dsl modem, result was too slow printing and want to change back to original network settings. The computer the printer is directly connected to sees both network workstations, but the 2nd computer says the other computer cannot be found on network. We have tried following all network and printer directions and when we try to add the printer to the second computer, there are no printers found on network. Please help.1 person needs an answerI do too

Goodness, what a mess. O.k., let's start with the basics...how many computers are we dealing with? 3? All of them running XP? Just one printer? How is the printer connected? Via ethernet? Wireless? USB? How are the computers connected - is there a switch or hub in play?-B- http://www.officeforlawyers.com Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook
