I have recently installed windows 7 rc and networked my xbox 360 using windows media center extender (wired) all my network runs through a belkin n1 wireless router that i have set up as a an access point, my problem is when playing recorded tv, after about half an hr of watching a recorded show sometimes less i get an error message "network issue", i run through the steps that it says to tune my wired network i get 100% green bars and it is capable of streaming HD tv, i then resume playing again, but soon enough i am presented with the same error message (frustrating). i have tweaked the settings for my onboard network card (flow control & checksum) and even knocked back the quality of the recording in hope of finding a solution but have had no luck in fixing this error. Have found many people with same problem here http://thegreenbutton.com/forums/1/334800/ShowThread.aspx but the forum seemed to end with the fix being released in rc 7000 build, but i am having the same problem in the rc build. I'm glad someone else is having the same problem. I thought there was something wrong with my network. I too am running the most current RC build and am using a wired XBOX 360 connected to my wired media center box. The problem has been getting progressively worse. !

Have found this page htt p://support.microsoft.com/kb/923342 describes the same issue we are having, I updated my firmware for the N1 to 2.01.27 found here http://www.belkin.com/support/article/?lid=en&pid=f5d8231-4&aid=5927&scid=221 . After the update i tested for a 1/2hr - no error and then 1.25hrs with about 15mins of 3x fast forward still no error. Hopefully problem solved :)
