I have a Windows Vista machine featuring an unidentified network card in the network and not connected to the network. Already reinstalled the network card driver and have already disabled IPV6. Could you help me?

Hi, Please disable Firewall software to check the result. You may also try releasing and renewing the IP Address. To do this: Click on Start button >> Click on Run >> Type in “Cmd” (without quotes) in the Open textbox >> you should see “This task will be created with administrative privileges” >> Click on OK or press Enter >> in the command prompt, to release type in the command “ipconfig /release” (without quotes) >> hit Enter. Then, to renew, type in the command “ipconfig /renew” (without quotes)>> hit Enter. Regards,Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
