Hi, Please disable Firewall software to check the result. You may also try releasing and renewing the IP Address. To do this: Click on Start button >> Click on Run >> Type in “Cmd” (without quotes) in the Open textbox >> you should see “This task will be created with administrative privileges” >> Click on OK or press Enter >> in the command prompt, to release type in the command “ipconfig /release” (without quotes) >> hit Enter.
