Are you saying that the option doesn't appear.... or that it appears but doesn't work?

So, when you do a right click on the network adapter, what DO you get?

  • Update Driver Software
  • Disable
  • Uninstall
  • Scan for hardware changes
  • Properties

Hi,

Based on my research, the most possible reason for the problem which you raised is driver issue. Therefore, I suggest you update your network adapter driver in Device Manager or download the latest driver version from the official website and install it, then right click the network adapter and click Scan for hardware changes, and disable the network adapter and enable it again.

If the issue occurred suddenly, I also suggest you performing System Restore to make the PC back to the point which used normally. It is also a convenient and quick way to troubleshoot Windows system problem.
