network adapter
I am running off a dell inspiron laptop with windows vista. My internet connection is a verizon hotspot on my palm smart phone. When trying to connect to the internet via windows internet explorer I get a message. Diagnose Problem and it comes up with "RESET NETWORK NADAPTER" note I check the connection and it shows strong signal and that I am connected. However, I cannot get on the Internet until adapter is reset. Why does this often happen, more often than not. Appreciate any directions on how to alleivate this problem. It is quite annoying.
