I find that when I log in to a domain it works properly. But when I restart my machine, everything comes to the previous profile. To put in a nother way, the profile is always new and everything on desktop is empty. Also the MS outlook account doesn't exist any more. How can I deal with the problem?? Need your help urgently

It sounds like your user account is becoming corrupted and you are being put into a temporary user account (non-domain).
