need to reset my password for my outlook express email account. I cannot read my current emails.

Can you logon to the Webmail site using the same password? If not, call your mail server and have them reset your password.Bruce Hagen ~ MS-MVP [Mail]

Hey Bruce: I called my mail server and reset my password. That did not help my problem. I'm still not able to access my emails. The service tech from Verizon told me that this is a microsoft issue. Is there anyone I can call and talk directly to

So is this a Verizon/Yahoo account? I couldn't tell by your partial error message. Did it ever work?
