The Help and Support button on the startup menu doesn't work when I click on it. Nothing happens. Why should this be? I've recently changed from IE to Firefox. Is this why? Do any of you kind people out there have any ideas how I can get it back please?Method 1Start > Run > services.msc > OK Scroll down and select "Help and Support" Right click and select Properties Set the Startup type to "Automatic" or "Manual" and Start the service. No "Help and Support" in Services? Then Method 2Open Windows Explorer and ensure that "Show hidden files and folders" is set (Tools > Folder Options > view)Right-click C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf and select Install. If you're asked to insert a Windows XP CD but don't have one, the needed files will be in one or more of the following locationsC:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386 C:\Windows\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries C:\Windows\system32 3. Reboot when done.
