Hi, You can try to identify which program\process is taking all resources on your PC and then troubleshoot or uninstall this program. To do this pres Ctrl+Alt+Del and go to the Task Manager, in the Task Manager go to the processes tab. Here click on the top of the Mem Usage column to arrange processes by the amount of use memory. The one that shows the most amount is probably is causing the problem. You can also try to arrange processes by CPU usage (click on top of the CPU column), the process that has bigger number of CPU usage is causing the problem. If you are not sure you can do this, please ask for some qualified help.
