That depends on exactly how you acquired your copy of Windows 7. OEM systems have a sticker on the case. Retail boxed versions have a sticker inside the box. Vincent - with respect, your statement is misleading. The Product Key is NEVER on the disk! In Retail packs, the Key is on a sticker- either in the fancy case itself or on a card in the case. In OEM packs, it's on a sticker which should be affixed to the machine's case.
