I assume you've upgraded from Vista correct and that the new "Libraries" have you confused. If for example on your old system, you had a folder call My Pictures on C:\My Pictures, then it's still there. If you trying to locate my pictures, do a search for *.jpeg and see if you recognize any of them, if you do, then see where the path indicates they are. If you just want to create a folder, then open windows explorer and navigate to C:\users\%yourname% (where %% is your profile name) and click on "New Folder". But I wouldn't create a new folder since all you want to do is know where the location of your pictures are.MCSE, MCSA, MCDST [If this post helps to resolve your issue, please click the "Mark as Answer" or "Helpful" button at the top of this message. Hi, You mentioned that you cannot change account picture, to change this picture, please type User Account in the Start Search and press Enter. Click Change your picture and choose the preferred one. You can find these pictures in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures\Default Pictures folder. Hope it helps.Vivian Xing - MSFT
