What method are you using to try to display the system information?Does cannot load mean you see an empty white box or do you see something else?If it means empy white box, do this:Reregister the msinfo32.dll as follows, assuming your XP drive is C: Click, Start, Run and in the box enter the following - with the quotes:regsvr32 "C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\msinfo.dll" Click OK and you should see a message similar to:DllRegisterServer in C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\msinfo.dll succeeded. Now click Start, Run and in the box enter:msinfo32Click OK to see if your system information looks okay now.Since you have this problem and other unspecified issues, I would then do this (you may need to do it first, then fix your system information).Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs then resolve any remaining issues:Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/These can be uninstalled later if desired. Please vote my posts as helpful so I can get lots of points. I am saving up for a pony!
