here`s the problem i have had to get a new windows live id because everytime i try and log on it tells me that my info is wrong(believe me its not) i did the normal stuff reboot run scans etc.. and while running a diagnonstic report i tells me that the microsoft virtual wifi miniport adaptor is not working properly and cannot load the drivers and has a code 31..i tried updating but it tells me that i have the latest update can anyone tell me what is wrong and how do i fix it thanx

Hi, What is the model of your wireless adapter? I suspect that the latest driver is not for Windows 7. Thanx Arthur Xie you will have to forgive me but i am so stupid when it comes to computers i have read a few posts about this problem with the adapter and some have said that you should deactivate it and if that fails then you should uninstall it and that should fix the problem what would happen if i did what they say

You can try to uninstall it. However the driver will be automatically loaded after you restart.
