Hello .....My iPod is showing "the iTunes" circle on the top ...and below it is the white connecter with an arrow pointing up to the iTunes ? Somesaid I have to restart it to factory ...I don't want to loose all my info. What can I do ?? Is it maybe something someone did in Windows ?? Thank u sooo much <3 Kathy Ross
