my fps is slow in windows 8.1

please help me I use windows 8 but I upgraded to windows 8.1 .. but now when I play online game my fps are so slow like 5-10
 and before 40-60. how do I increase my fps??

You may need to update your video display drivers. You can try to update via device manager or support site for the manufacturer of your gpu.

still its better to assemble a desktop for gaming as that way you can provide the right parts more easily
