How do you experiance it ? would you explain a bit more about it.Well, it might be using Remote Desktop if it enable and someone knows your user password. Then change your password and disable remove desktop.It might be third party tools and you could see control panel and uninstall it.It could be malware that you could run full scan and remove it.
