my computer has been hacked 2 times in the last 3 days, stolen my entire address book and sending out a virus...what can I do??? 1 person needs an answerI do too

Firstly make sure you are running update Anti-Virus and check Security Center and make sure Windows Firewall is on.Then run full system scan with:http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htmAnd remove all threats, then change your email password and security question and then ask people in your contact list to mark this person as Junk or Spam. If you hav email you may also try to report it to support of your email provider.
