Save your pictures and video to a flash drive and do a fresh install, update your drivers and copy your pictures and videos from your flash drive back to the computer.

To get new drivers, as mentioned in the first reply, you can update drivers via windows update or manually download and install latest driver from manufacture website.

If you want to speed up your system, then you can patch system with latest updates, defragment\cleanup your hard disk, add more memory, delete unneeded programs, run virus scan and update virus database to improve its performance.
