I am on the internet,but can't access msn to go online.when I click men butterfly,I get an error saying msn is experiencing difficulty,I can get on internet explorer,to navigate,but real slow,when I try to go to anything online,an error message states that I am offline,but the ofline box is not checked,somehow I did a scan that said that no files of msn could be found,maybe that will help you.thanks for any help john1 person needs an answerI do too
