This issue can occur if Windows Defender is not disabled by MSE. In fact, it should be disabled during installation on two of the five setups of MSE. To do that, just click on the start orb, type services and hit enter. You then scroll down the list of services to Windows Defender, right-click and choose properties. Once inside the dialog box, choose stop and then disable. It will then no longer start up on boot.
