I'm having trouble with internet not loading pages, internet options wouldn't open, computer very slow and freezing up. I uninstalled IE and reinstalled it. I can now get into internet options, and the first page I load on IE opens, but won't go any further. I ran virus and anti-malware and it did find some trojans. Cleared all of that, but noticed that when I go into msconfig, selective startup, the load startup items box is grayed out. Since the system is still running slow and still having trouble with IE, I wonder what else could be wrong? How do I get the load startup box so I can check or uncheck it?
