Hi, Could you provide more details? What is the exact wording in Turkish? Does it work before? Have you moved any folder to your user profile manually? At this stage, I would suggest create a new account to test the issue. If doesn’t work, run a System File Checker to check corrupted system files. 1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow. 2. Type the following command, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions. For further information, visit the below mentioned link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833 If still does not work, a repair install can help to fix it in a quick way but you need to reinstall some applications. a dialog box opens saying "can not create new document" I have the exact same problem in USA English. I tried running sfc /scannow as suggested in this forum. It scans and tells me "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." When I try again to run MS Paint, I get the same problem.
