monitors do not play well together

we bought an HP all in one PC. the ACER monitor we want to connect it to HAS NO USB PORT.

The new PC, HAS NO VGA PORT. The boys at BB sold him a j5create VGA to USB adapter..........

complete with its own graphix card. It has never worked correctly since. I sent him for an

adapter sans graphics card etc.........the monitor worked so well with our old laptops and desk unit.

Am I the daft one, thinking a simple cable with a VGA unit on one end and a simple USB plug on

the other would be good enough to get these monitors working together? Do they even make such

                                       a device.

                                                                                                                         Thank You

When trying to connect a second monitor to a computer that does not have a VGA connector, the only way to do this is with a USB to VGA adapter. However their performance can sometimes be questionable. So you may need to try different brands to find one that works well. Take a look at Dynamism's Kupa video adapter for more information.

Hi JustRacelt,

Thank you for your question.

We could manually re-install the graphic card driver on all-in-one PC to check if the issue persist.

If not, please check if the hardware issue with monitor and VGA to USB switch.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,
