Hi All, W7, pro, 32 bit. I was a customer's site yesterday. He has an HP Deskjet 9800 printer. It appears in all of his programs and even maps to a local Terminal Server. He has no problem printing. Problem: the 9800 printer does not show up in Devices and Printers. If I go and add the 9800 a second time, the add dialog names it "...(copy 1)". That also does not show up. Mind you, every other printer shows up, including a network attached printer. I rebooted twice in case that was the problem. What the heck? (No, I am not blind!) Many thanks, -T
