I just installed win10 and, for the first time ever, got the message that this dll is missing and that windows can't start several programs. Not a friendly way to begin Win10 experience. How can I repair this?

Please check the existence of the MSVCR100.dll in this path : C:\Windows\System32

Msvcr100.dll is included in the Microsoft Visual C++, please check whether it has been installed in the machine from here Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features. Check if there are any updates or new patch has been released for Windows 10.
