microsoft visio has stopped working

Sir, try to repair your Office and open it again hope it solve your Error. How to Repair Office in Windows 7 : [1] start [2] control panel [3] Programs and Features [4] Select Offce [5] Uninstall ( when the open office program let you to choice uninstall and Repair , you choose Repair ) Regards, MCP | MCTS | MCITP

thanks for reply, but I repair, uninstall & install... and nothing, visio don't work....

Sir, i found the most Visio Error from Bluetooth add in , so please try these steps , i hope it works for you : (1) Go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12. (2) In this folder, right click Visio.exe, and select "Run as Administrator". (3) Go to Tools >> Trust Center >> Add-ins. (4) At the bottom of the Trust Center dialog box, select Com Add-ins in the manage dropdown and click Go. (5) Uncheck "Send to Bluetooth" checkbox. (6) Click OK, and Exit Visio. This method just goes and uninstalls, no repair option came up. Had to reinstall again. As such the Bluetooth disabling worked. File/Options/Add-Ins/ Manage COM Add-Ins/Click Go Select 'Send to Bluetooth' Click Remove
