I'm having trouble w/ outlook express.I added an account for my daughter & I've tried it w/wo a password. I go to get her e-mail and the outlook express asks for her password, so I give it . But when I do that it boots me back to her type in password.I restarted my computer several times & it hasn't fixed the problem.I even used the microsoft fix it program & still nothing. I've tried some trouble shooting but couldn't find the right programs.What should I do next?1 person needs an answerI do too

Is this a new e-mail address with your mail server? In order to have a second address, you must have a password for it.Who is your ISP/Mail Server? Did you go to their Website and set up this new address/account? If you did, then you would have had to create a password at that time and that is the one you need to use with OE.More information is needed.
