What happens when you try? What version of Outlook? What type of account? If it simply stays in the Outbox, then it may be your antivirus program interfering. Uninstall your AV program and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature. If the message sends but you are receiving errors back, then it's likely you are exceeding the quota of either your mail servie provider or that of your recipient.
