when I connect internet by proxy server,the apps of pc app store can use it to connection normally.but metro apps don't work by proxy server.

get error:proxy server no response......or no internet connection.

how should I do,pls help,thanks.

Do you use Windows 8 or Windows 8.1?

If you use Windows 8, please take a look at the following KB about using authenticated proxy servers together with Windows 8.

If you use an Internet proxy server that requires authentication, you may encounter problems when you use apps that connect to the Internet.

If you use Windows 8.1, please take the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Check if the issue occur in other computers in your environment
2. Try to use other store apps and check if the issue still exists
