messengar is not signing?wht is the problem?

Someone may have used your account to send out a lot of junk messages !!!!whenever i will try to sign in mine live hotmail account this msg display on mice computer screen.and i also can,t to access mine live messengar.wht will i do?1 person needs an answerI do too
