windows media player other libraries are not available for media streaming ... these are pcs in local network...i can not share media files with other in same home network.....other can...using windows 7 prof....connecteced via lan..... other can stream in the same network...... another problem is i can not creat homegroup... saying ipv6 not enabled... but it is checked!

To share medias, please: 1. Open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center. 2. Click Change advanced sharing settings. 3. Click “Choose media streaming options” under “Media Streaming”. 4. Allow proper computers. If it does not work, temporary disable antivirus and firewall and check the result. If it does not help, please check the permission settings of the folders that are included into the library. Make sure that the user account “WMPNetworkSvc” is in the list and have Read permission. Regarding the HomeGroup question, please enable IPv6 with the following steps. a. Click Start, type regedit in Search Bar, and then click regedit in the Programs list. Note: If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click Continue. b. Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\TCPIP6\Parameters c. Check whether the "DisabledComponents" registry key exists. If so, let's move on the next steps. d. Double click the "DisabledComponents" registry key and modify the value to 0. (If the key doesn't exist, please create the key above and assign the value 0) e.
