Hi,
Before checking this issue, please clarify the following:
1.
Did
this issue only occur when you were using Media Player?
2.
Did this issue occur before? If not, were there any changes with your Windows 7 recently?
In this situation, you could try the following steps to troubleshoot:
1.
Perform
System File Checker to check the result.
2.
If the issue did not occur before, I suggest you try to perform
system restore to restore your system to
a time point which the system worked fine.
3.
Perform a
clean boot.
4.
Update your drivers to latest to test if this issue persists.
If the issue persists, I suggest you can contact the CSS for further help.
Please understand that to solid troubleshoot this kind of kernel crash issue, we need
to debug the crashed system dump and analyze the related source code if needed. Unfortunately, debugging is beyond what we can do in the forum. I'd like to recommend that you contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS) for assistance so that this problem
