malware removal tool will not run
I believe i have been infected with malware. I have tried running malware bytes, but it kept disappearing and then telling my i do not have "permissions to access" that file or path. Then i went on to microsoft and downloaded the malicious software removal tool but right after it started scanning, it disappeared as well. I am signed on as a user that is part of the administrators group, so I know this is not the issue. I'm wondering if Malware can prevent programs such as these as running and removing it? If so, how do i get around this? Please help soon!1 person got this answerI do too

Yes, malware can do exactly what you've described: stopping a running malware removal program, and making it impossible to run it again. The problem is probably caused by a rootkit , which is very difficult or impossible to remove. Someone with a great deal of malware removal experience might be able to fix it, but the only sure solution is to save your data files, reformat the disk and re-install Windows. I wish that I could give you better news. :-(
