malware infection,
My computer has been infected with a program called Antimalware Doctor the infected computer is running XP and will because of the infection no longer connect to the internet, i cannot get the updates for MS security essentials, over the four days the infection is causing more and ever more problems and restrictions, i am being bombarded with the malware windows requesting me the activate there software, but also i am being bombarded with true genuine trojans about thirty in the last three days, MS S E seems to be able to deal with them, but the computer is running very slow, no doubt because of the virus, so this trojan cleaning slows everything right down.i am also not able to run system restore, the virus stops it ?i have had to get out a very old computer this one to contact support, this computer does not have writer so i am not able to upload a file on to a disc to put onto the infected computer.i am completely stuck, does any one know how i can get rid of this evil malware - on a computer that will not connect to the internet.please help, kind regards simon 1 person needs an answerI do too

thank you for your email to me, most regretably the infected computer will not connect to the internet now, i am sure it is the malware doing this, so i am unable to update. it is also messing with system restore, the day the infection landed even the exact time the system restore made a restore point, the following day the computer would only allow this restore point, it would not go back a month, then each day the system restore point changed to only allow a system restore on that day, even the first restore point had been deactivated ? this malware seems to have learnt all the ways that people can delete it and defends itself against removal attempts. as for contacting support, waste of time i have been four days with support there idea was to do what you have said, even though i had told them the computer would not connect to the internet any longer.once again many sincere thanks for trying to help, most kind of you. regards simon.ps: i have another reply with something else to try, so fingers crossed this may work. simes

How about safemode with networking?Try to restart your PC and press F8 key repeatedly and then chose safemode with networking and see if you connect with internet with that or not.If that also won't help then try to reset your internet connection and network adaptor.I believe that support team will help you .You could try these links for your network problem:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357/en-ushttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/308007
