Hi,· What is the email address that you are receiving mails from?· What does the email message contain?· When does this happen when you send the email to people (bounces back to your account) or randomly?· What is present in the mails that you receive and let us know the exact message that is contained in the email? It might be that your email account is hacked or someone is trying to send you a virus, I would suggest you to change the password of your account or block the sender then run a virus scan and check whether the issue is resolved. Step 1:Change the password of the email account. Step 2:Block the sender of the emails that you are receiving. Step 3:Run a virus scan on the system and check.http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm Thank you and Regards.
