Hi,

Would you try to use another computer to logged into that PC through RDP?

Please also make sure all updates for Windows have been installed.

we still have this problem. after some time we observed that the Lync client is not the one having issue. All MMCs are getting crashed in this scenario. we informed this issue to windows team but no update yet.

John
