lync 2010 monitor server report

new deploy monitor but the report is empty. Lync 2010 + SQL 2008 R2

got the error after deploy and fix on MSMQ add lcsqoeq on public queue. Event ID: 19213

An error occurred while attempting to send a message to the message queue. The message was dropped.

Message queue path: 'doamin.local\lcsqoeq' Message queue error code: 'QueueNotFound'
Cause: An unexpected error occurred while attempting to send a message to the message queue.
Resolution:
Make sure the MSMQ service is started, the message queue still exists, the queue is not full, and there is enough free disk space.

Any suggestion?

Thanks.

Did you install MSMQ on both the Front End and Monitoring server?  https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398098(v=ocs.14).aspx

Check out this article on troubleshooting as well: http://blogs.technet.com/b/nexthop/archive/2011/05/03/troubleshooting-microsoft-message-queuing-issues-on-microsoft-lync-server-2010.aspx

Do you receive any errors if you rerun the deployment wizard step 2/the bootstrapper on the Front End or monitoring server?

No error on step 2 deplyment wizard. but the installation service account have local admin right only. csadministrator, rtcunversalserveradmins groups...

But when i re-logging account and run the step 2  it still appear not complete.

No error on step 2 both monitor server and frontend server.

Check monitor server database is correct and message service is up.

no error on applicaton and lync server log on monitor server and front end server

Still no idea why report is empty.

There are no more errors, or are you still getting the 19213 error above?

And I want to make sure I'm clear, the monitoring server, front end server, and SQL server are three separate servers right?  No collocation?

Hi Jo Tse,

Please make sure MSMQ service is installed on all the Front End Servers, monitoring server and the SQL server.

Then restart the MSMQ service on all the related servers.

Best regards,

Eric

There are no more errors, or are you still getting the 19213 error above? No 19213 error found.

And I want to make sure I'm clear, the monitoring server, front end server, and SQL server are three separate servers right?  No collocation?

No, The monitoring server is collocation with SQL Server.

The front end server is enterprise pool separate server.

Front end server have one error : Event ID 30508 archiving agent . but we don't ve archiving server.

peer to peer total report is empty.

only Media Quality Diagnostics have event count.

The CU level need to update? I can't find the same CU level for lync 2010.

Can I update latest CU update for Monitor server  Lync 2010 only?

Thanks.
