Hi , I have problem with Out of office on lync client, sometimes it dissapears and sometimes not.

Anyone has the same problem??

My Lync Server 2010 ver. is 4.0.7577.223

I updated my client lync to 4.0.7577.44.19 version...

I see what happen...

I set my OOO till tomorrow..

What is more, I turn ON my OOO in 23.12.2013 , and set it to turn OFF 2.01.2014. I Had my computer ON all the time but blocked.

2.01.2014 my OOO in outlook turned off automatically as it was set, but  in 3.01.2014 I still had OOO flag in my Lync.

Despite of having Lync Client on my laptop , I have also Lync Polycom Phone plugged into my  computer  which was ON all the time. What is more during being out of office I log into Lync using my Samsung phone with Android.

Can you help me with the diagnose. Are those devices: Polycom phone or logging using mobile phone have influence on OOO flag behaviour?????

Add a custom message in Whats happening today? field, then delete the message.

If the problem persists, select None under Personal information manager in Personal Tab of Lync Option to check if message still exist.

If the message exists, try to delete Lync local cached file.

Did you try the steps i posted before?
