As the title reads, had a user get locked out of thier laptop which we use bitlocker on. I dont have his recovery key on file and was wondering if there was anyway to get it unlocked? I should note that I do have the correct bitlocker password

By going into the bios and turning off the TPM and turning it back on it prompted me for the password instead of the 48 digit recovery key. Was able to log in using the password and get the recovery key and put it on file. Hope this helps
