I've been locked out of VLASERV for the last month having spent $200,000 with you guys last month. After the vlaserv upgrades the business email function was broken and as a result my live ID was locked out of vlaserv. Having called the number and emailing dozens of times and having spent hours on hold to no avail I am at a loss to get access to delegate my msdn accounts. For the love of god would someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!
